Our stretching classes are your best alternative to Yoga if you want to achieve your goals with less efforts. With the assistance of a pole your movements and poses are more effective and easier to execute.
Classes are taught by Julia and held at a dimmed light studio with a soothing ambiance for a mind-rest and a no-sweat midday activity. Our pole stretch is design for all woman rather then the pole dancers and involves with pole assisted stretching and deep breathing. At these classes you will use a pole to easily execute traditional yoga stretch poses. The class is open to students of ALL levels, with modifications to challenge the advance students.
We are conveniently located few yards away from the 6th train at Park Avenue and 28th Street in Manhattan. The studio is beautifully designed, featuring truly high ceilings, 2,000 sq. ft. of open space, floating hardwood floor, dimmed lighting and 18 brass poles.
